Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and general review for my 2007 Mazda 3. The service and staff were great and willing to give me a ride to my place of work (nearby) so I could drop my vehicle off for the day. Ended up diagnosing a front tire bearing, which was pricey, but offered competitive rates and clear explanation of the issue and need/or not to replace it. Would recommend.

I can say that being in the customer service industry myself, Nordgren does an exemplary job of the way auto maintenance should be. It is possible to have customer service in automotive repair. If you are looking for a great shop look no further.
