Highly recommend!! Especially for women looking for an honest auto shop! Jeremy and the team at Nordgren are amazing! Before them, I always had shops call my dad to tell him what was needed and sign off on the work. Not every shop is as honest when they see a girl drop off a car and they think you know nothing. My brother referred me to the guys at Nordgren when I moved to Plymouth. He trusts them with his and his wife's vehicles and told me I didn't need to have them call him; "they'll take good care of you". He was right! The team is knowledgeable and honest and explains the items needing to be addressed. I never question if I should have them call my dad instead. They let me know what needs to be done this time and what to keep an eye on but can be saved for next time. When I bought a new car, I knew I wanted to get they're recommendations. They were honest and even vetoed some options I suggested, if I didn't want to be seeing them all the time for repairs. I completely trust Jeremy and his team with all my car needs!
