I am a home mechanic and I am now done doing the bigger jobs so I searched for a new shop. Jeremy was honest about describing the estimates before work began. When I picked up my truck he came outside and showed me what was done. First time taking my truck to Nordgren and I will return.

They are transparent with the work that needs to be done and offer suggestions for potential work down the road with zero pressure. Additionally, they complete the work on time. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Very kind, transparent and helpful in explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Not pushy at all. In fact, they told me what was wrong with my vehicle and encouraged me to ask the manufacturer to have it covered under warranty via trying to sell me the fix. They’ve earned my trust and me as a longtime customer!
