Had almost $3k in repairs and my SUV is back to normal again. Jesse did a nice job communicating the issues and providing recommendations on what to fix. He made sure I got my car back before the weekend and that much appreciated. Only knock was the loaner car they provided was a turn-of-the-century Camry that was not much fun to drive. We will be back when this or our other cars need service.

Always thorough work and reasonably priced services

I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. After 3 calls to determine which new tires I should buy, and after quoting the same tires at another shop, I found Nordgren to be my best option. I was able to get the car in with in a few days and the service was complete ahead of schedule along with a complete inspection of the vehicle. When I picked up the car, I was told that the rebate form for the tires I purchased was all filled in ahead of time. I highly recommend Nordgren for their good mechanical work but more importantly the excellent customer service. Thanks to Jesse, I had a great experience throughout the process!!!
