I have used the services of Nordgren Automotive a couple of times and found the service and staff to be nothing but stellar! I was kept informed of what was going on with my car. Jeremy, A.J. and team were exceptional to work with. I highly recommend their services.

I found them after buying our daughters Escape from Morries and having some issues. I called and little did I know but I was talking to Jeremy whom I now know to be the owner. He had it looked over and we discussed what was needed and if it was worth putting more $$ into it. He was honest which I find a rarity in this business. Naturally when our son bought a truck we took it straight to Nordgren. We got AJ whom has been nothing short of Fantastic. The bad news was it needs a lot of work but thee was good news in that the major parts were still all good. AJ helped come up with a plan on what items he could do in what order as he’s on a tight budget. He even walked us through how to do a few things on our own. I mean what place does that? This place does. They go Above and beyond to help you as well as your vehicle! Won’t go Anywhere else! You will wonder why you ever did once you go there. So stop reading and call them already!! A lifetime customer

AJ has helped me with my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and he’s gone above and beyond to help me. He’s given me breaks on price since he knows my situation and I’ve been tight on money and I just need a vehicle to get me to work. He’s helped me figure out how to do repairs on my own to save money and I can’t thank him enough for the work he does. I would recommend Nordgren Automotive to anybody that needs quality work.

I was in town for the holidays and the check engine light came on. I was leary of traveling home without getting it checked out. My mother has taken her vehicle to Nordgren's before so I decided to take my car there. They were very accommodating in getting my vehicle in, it worked out that the next morning was going to work for both of us. A.J. called and told me that they discovered why the check engine light was on, but most importantly upon giving the vehicle a courtesy check discovered that the ball joints were what the danger would be. AJ explained that the struts were also in need of repair, but that the ball joints really needed to be repaired in order to drive it safely. I appreciated the time that AJ and Jeremy spent with me explainging what they did and how they make sure that their customers are aware of everything that they find and let the customer make a decision on what they want to do. If I'm in town and my car needs repair again, I well certainly go to them first.

All in all a good place that is a bit high on the price but you can always trust their work. I only have two complaints since I started using norgren's in November 2015. 1st is that the prices are higher than your standard local automotive repair shop. I would say their prices lean towards the price that you would pay at a dealership versus a local mechanic. I've asked about this and has been explained that they use the highest quality parts (within reason) and don't cut any corners. They feel this will pushing the live of the car and is worth it. Personally I feel there is a middle ground to the parts and price but I still do take my truck there as Norgren's is my main mechanic because I do trust them. The other issue is the owner Jeremy used to be available much more and was even the main person who answered the phone. I like that in a service shop that the owner is working answering the phones and is directly involved. I feel as time went on and the business has grown I've seen less of him and you are now dealing with a service manager who talks to a service tech who works in the car so things aren't as personal anymore.
