The Nordgren Automotive Team is very easy to work with. They take their time and explain everything thoroughly. I have never left without a full understanding of what is going on with my vehicle and a detailed breakdown of the cost to repair. I especially appreciate how personable AJ is every time! The service was fast, friendly and professional, I had 4 new tires put on and all the fluids & filters changed on the truck. Honest friendly service

I made an appointment at Nordgren's Automotive to have a Technician perform a Smoke Test due to a Small Emissions Trouble Code with a illuminated 'Check Engine Light'. I received a detailed report explaining what exactly the problem was. I decided to have them do a Tune Up on my vehicle first before repairing the Emissions Leak. AJ the Service Writer was very friendly and demonstrated great Customer service and was quite knowledgeable in his field. As a first time Customer I am very pleased with Nordgren's honesty, knowledge, and fair pricing. I have a Automotive Service Center that I can depend on and trust. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Nordgren's for my Service/Maintenance needs. Thank you!
