I had never had our BMW's serviced by anything but BMW dealers. I have always found them helpful and got good service and was willing to pay for that. However, when my wife's 323 iC had a major engine issue at 67,000 miles the repair by the dealer was more than the car was blue booked for. She loves the car which we have had since new, only drive in the summer, and except for the cracked head is in excellent condition, so I looked for alternatives. I searched for shops that specialized in foreign cars and talked to several. Jeremy, the owner of Nordgren agreed to see what he could do. He was able to not only complete the repair for less than quoted by the dealer, but offered advice on additional items that would soon need attention and could be done for just the cost of the parts because the engine was disassembled. It was obvious from his description of the issues that he and his techs knew their stuff. I have been a car person all my life so when he described the symptoms and what they wanted to do there was little doubt that he was right. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. The work is warranted. We are extremely happy. I will without a doubt return to Nordgren’s for future work on this car, and once the warranty has expired on my new Audi, I will also be taking it there.
