As a woman, I have always dreaded auto service of any kind. Nordgren Auto has changed that for me! The staff is always patient and courteous. Either on the phone or in person, I always feel appreciated and informed. Today, the service manager ( I cannot remember his name) spent alot of time with me and I didnt spend a cent. Their prices are better than any out there. I highly recommend Nordgren Auto.

The Nordgren Automotive Team is very easy to work with. They take their time and explain everything thoroughly. I have never left without a full understanding of what is going on with my vehicle and a detailed breakdown of the cost to repair. I especially appreciate how personable AJ is every time! I don't feel as a female that they are taking advantage of me trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I feel like I can trust AJ and Nordgren Automotive. I will definitely be a return customer for many years to come!

The service was fast, friendly and professional, I had 4 new tires put on and all the fluids & filters changed on the truck. The tires selected were suggested by Jeremy and I like the way they look and perform. It’s a good feeling knowing everything has been serviced and checked out so that I am ready for the winter.
