Was able to bring in same day that I made my first call to them. Offered me a loaner. Were very knowledgeable about my cars problem and made me aware in detail of my options. Very professional but personally friendly.

New to the community and got one of the mailers so I decided to try them out. I only needed a oil change but was in a hurry. They offered me a loaner car to run my errands. Did not expect that kind of service from a small shop. I didn't get the pressure from them to buy anything or fix additional problems with my car. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return for future business.

AJ, great customer service. I asked A LOT of questions and he patiently answered them. No pressure to buy anything unnecessarily (unlike Valvoline). Honest answers to my questions. I really appreciated the help and know I can trust him...and his jokes are free(haha). Thanks again!

AJ was very helpful in helping me when I brought my car in for an oil change and showed me what needed to be fixed/changes. Good service!

So a coworker told me about this place, I thought I would give them a shot. I brought in my 2004 Tacoma to them it always had this vibration that even Toyota could never figure out. So after talking with AJ before even looking at it was able to give me reassurance that his techs would be able to figure it out. After only 1 hour of having my car at their shop I got a call from AJ saying they have figured it out. To my surprise the total repair was only $225. A few years back a had the u-joints replaced by Luther Toyota and they were but in wrong. There repair was half the price I paid Luther and the car runs like a dream and the vibration is completely gone. These guys are my #1 stop for now on.

I brought my vehicle in to the shop a lil while ago since it was making a funny noise. I was recommended to this shop and was extremely satisfied with AJ. He was thorough, explained everything to me so that I could understand, and had a welcoming personality. He was knowledgeable and efficent. I will definitely ask for him again if I need my vehicle serviced again.

First time visiting Nordgren Automotive and had the pleasure of meeting AJ. He took his time and showed me what was wrong with my car which was my bearing. When he would shake my wheel it looked like it was going to come loose. After the repair he showed me how tight it was and made me feel like I made a great repair decision. I just had my car at my regular shop they never said anything to me. Nordgren has earned my trust and my business.

Extant service, personable front desk. Went over and above and out of their way to fix my car. I would recommend them to everyone.
