I visited them to deal with engine light check on and the mechanics are highly professional and has done quick checks and gave me an update what’s causing the issue, it happened that my weak battery is the root cause for this. Excellent shop. Nice, down to earth people who don't BS you and are very personable. Dropped my vehicle off and got a loaner at no charge - inspection was done same day. Jeremy walked me through everything on it and why he's was/wasn't recommending certain fixes. Gave me his opinion on what he'd do. I ended up deciding to trade the vehicle in without repairs but I did have Nordgren do an oil change. I called Jeremy one morning and said hey, I'm looking at a new vehicle and was wondering if you'd do a once-over and let me know if you find anything. He said sure, drop it off any time and I'll personally look at it. I dropped it off and he called me back about an hour later - he had already completely looked it over. He had no reason to do anything special for me and I imagine this is just how they treat every customer but I can tell you he's earned my business as long as I live in the area.

We used Nordgren Automotive for the first time to service our Honda Odyssey. The owner and staff are courteous, knowledgeable and really want things to be done right. The prices seemed very reasonable compared to dealership service prices. We are very happy and will be taking our other vehicles here in the future.

They are the best auto shop I have been too👍🏻 Jeremy the owner is always there and sometimes works on my vehicle! Very fair pricing and a great staff!!!
