Had a new radiator and serpentine belt installed and very pleased with the whole experience. Great work and a fair price. Definitely will be going back for future service needs. I tend to do a lot of my Own work on my vehicles, but it’s great to have a shop you can trust with the projects that you don’t have the time or tools to complete. I highly recommend Norgren Automotive. My SUV had a oil leak that ended up being the engine rear main seal, as well as several other major issues that I was aware were becoming issues, and they found them. I also asked them to do a transmission fluid flush and change, as well as any other needed maintenance while they had the transmission out. They did a great job, charged a fair price for the job, and my SUV is running better than it ever has! I appreciate having such a good mechanic locally. This is the second time I've had them work on my SUV and they've done a great job each time.

I needed an oil change, tire rotation, a check of the brakes and an overall check of the vehicle. Jeremy was upfront with what they found doing the inspection of the vehicle and gave recommendations on how to go forward regarding repairs and what each item would cost. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and pricing. I trust his judgment and will be bringing all of my vehicles to him for any maintenance and repairs going forward. Thanks Jeremy!

I have taken my Tahoe to Wayzata Chevy for years and got tired of them trying to sell me stuff I didn't need and promising me things when they couldn't deliver. Had a couple issues with my 2008 Tahoe, decided to try Nordgren based on reviews. They fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable price all in one day. I hate to see what the cost and time would have been at the Chevy dealer.
