SO grateful for Jeremy and the crew at Nordgren Automotive. My brakes were grinding this morning so I called in, expecting a few weeks wait but still thought I would try. Good thing I did - they were able to get me in within the HOUR! Turns out my brakes were metal on metal - eek! They were able to replace all brakes and change the oil all within 4 hours. I have always heard good things about this place. Now I know just how good they are. :)

Great first time experience at Nordgren Automotive. My car needed a variety of maintenance items and Jeremy got me taken care of at a fair price. Very happy and will most definitely return for future car maintenance and repairs.

Jeremy was unbelievable in being honest with me about what my GMC TERRAIN needed. I went to LUPIENT and they wanted to charge me over $700 for my issue and Jeremy told me he could do the job for much less but also said I had like 4-6 months before I needed to do it where LUPIENT wanted my money now. Jeremy and Nordgren will be getting all my and my families business moving forward as I was really blown away by his professionalism and his honesty. Cheryl

I was in town from Colorado when my car made a loud clicking noise. I was afraid it was a bad joint or axle. Nordgrens fit me in to their schedule and checked it out. Turns out my emergency brake had stuck and not fully released. Now we can take to the road home with peace of mind.

I shopped around to have a pretty major repair done on my car. A few shops never replied, one said they’d do the work but never got back to me and when I called to set a drop off time, they said they changed their mind. My neighbor recommended Jeremy at Nordgren’s and I’m really glad I called. The work took a little longer than planned, but that was due to me asking for additional work to be done since the engine was already going to be taken apart. Throughout the whole thing, I received regular updates and quick responses when I called and left a message. The estimate I received was accurate (literally within a couple hundred bucks) and I never felt like I was being pressured to get more things done than I requested. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
